Genesis provides an outreach service to women working indoors across the city. This includes those working from a sauna or flat, their own homes or via an escort agency.

Services offered include:

• Free condoms, lubricant and pregnancy tests
• Sexual health advice
• Contraception advice and cap fitting
• Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea testing
• "Ugly Mugs" reporting scheme
• Referrals into drug treatment and other services
• Safety advice and information
• Personal attack alarms
